Pre-Elementary
A course aimed at adult beginners without previous experience of German centres around conversational situations, and gradually helps to develop your confidence in terms of the comprehension and use of the language.
Assumed previous language experience: none or minimum
Grammar point coverage:
- Distribution of the verb in the question and, positive and imperative sentences; possessive pronouns (mein, dein)
- Numerals 1 - 100
- Telling the time
- Conjugation of regular and irregular verbs
- Declination of nouns
- Plural number of nouns
- Prepositions with an indirect or direct object, or both
- Perfect
- Preterite (haben, sein)
- Definite and indefinite article: usage
- Negative
- Detachable and undetachable prefixes
